Using a wedding website is a great way to save on paper, postage and invitation costs. Wedding websites are a great way to replace reply cards, accommodation and direction cards. I just discovered paperlesspost.com, which is an amazing website that allows you to create custom, life like invitations online. Another alternative is an all in one design that includes all of your information on one card rather than having separate enclosures.

I love this post about using herbs in your wedding! I think that is a fabulous suggestion and I am going to have to share that with people I know planning a wedding or outdoor party! It seems you might be interested in green wedding tips... so I have included a few from Jen Napier of OneWed.com. Enjoy!

1.	Wedding & Bridesmaid Dresses: You can go green with a gorgeous wedding dress a number of ways: rent your dress, purchase a previously-owned or vintage dress, buy a dress using sustainable fabrics, borrow from a loved one! Do your friends a favor and pick a bridesmaid dress they can use again or even have them select from their own closets.
2.	Wedding Stationery: Be good to the environment by: sending digital save-the-date & wedding invitations; communicating with your wedding party and wedding guests with a free wedding website, or purchasing recycled paper invitations and programs.
3.	Venue & Food: Select both a wedding venue & caterer who are eco-friendly: Select vendors who recycle, use LED lighting, source food from local markets to cut down on carbon emissions, buy and serve food is organic, pesticide-free, cage-free. And have your ceremony & reception at the same location.
4.	Centerpieces & Décor: Consider using potted plants that can be planted after the wedding. If you do use flowers, go with local, seasonal flowers and use them more than once for your wedding activities and offer to guests as a take-home gift.
5.	Rent, Rent, Rent: Rent as much as you can…linens, silverware, dinnerware, aisle runners, centerpiece containers.
