Thinking of making cupcake wrappers for your wedding or bridal shower? Here is a free cupcake wrapper template download created for IW readers by Brittany over at Pink Peacock Paperie
Simply cut out the cupcake wrappers on the paper of your choice. ( I like the look of textured paper – but it has to be good and study. I found this paper at my local craft store.)
Once the paper is cut, use two-sided tape to adhere the two sides together.
You can also use pinking shears to make the tops fancier. Another option is to use doilies for your cupcake wrappers.
Note: Some cupcakes are greasier than others. Lining the wrappers with parchment paper will provide a barrier between the cupcake wrappers and your cupcake.

LOVE this idea! What a great way to add elegance to a cupcake tower. I think they'd look amazing sitting atop a really cool tiered cake stand.
I've found a couple companies that I prefer to use; Bella Cupcake Couture and Paper Orchid. They do all the work and have awesome designs. The paper is super sturdy too.
What a fantastic idea! Thank you for sharing! You could always bake them in silicone cases first, once cool remove the silocone cases and place them in your made to size wrappers.
Good idea Melanie. I've never used the silicone cases before.
shame that the blog for Pink Peacock Papier is closed, only open for invitation :(
