Submit a Real Wedding

Intimate Weddings has more than 500,000 unique visitors per month. One of the main attractions to the site is the real weddings section.

If you are a wedding photographer who wants to share a real wedding with IW readers or a bride who is eager to share your wedding with IW, we’d love to see what you’ve got!

We also love styled shoots and well-styled DIY projects.

Guidelines to submit your wedding on Intimate Weddings

Here are the details for submissions:

1. Wedding must have 75 guests or less.
2. Quality is important! Take a look at the real weddings we’ve already featured to see the quality of work that we’re looking for.
3. Send 50-100 images in one zipped file to christina(at)intimateweddings.com with Real Wedding in the subject line. You can also use Dropbox or Two Bright Lights.
4. Photos should be unwatermarked without borders or rounded edges.
5. Size of photos is 700 pixels x 467 pixels for horizontal photos and 700 pixels x 1050 pixels for vertical photos.

After we review your photos we will contact you if we are interested in featuring the wedding. If we don’t feature your wedding, don’t take it personally. We get quite a few submissions and unfortunately we can’t feature everyone.
