Kids/no kids? I think the right answer is whatever is right for the bride and groom. It’s their day, after all!
Flower bulb, seeds, or plantable trees are also great favor ideas. http://plantamemory.com/home.html has great ideas at affordable prices, but I love the heart shape bird seed you found, much nicer than the traditional bird seed throwing at weddings!
