    The Flatiron Penthouse is a fully furnished, turnkey venue located steps away from Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building & Public Transportation. Lounge furniture, integrated audio/video, a rooftop terrace, and several other amenities throughout the space, offer flexibility and comfort. The main floor (5th) consists of a large room that can serve as a meeting space or cocktail lounge area, a kitchen that may be used by JPO Concepts’ in house catering or an outside caterer of your choice, and a back lounge that can house the bar and serve as extra mingling space during a cocktail portion of your celebration. A staircase gives access to the top (6th) floor landing that leads into the ”Library” room as well as a terrace, with views of the iconic Flatiron Building.

    The rooftop terrace is the perfect space to come together with friends and family to share a special and intimate morning, afternoon, or evening. And the upstairs ”Library” room can be curtained off to serve as a suite for the bride and her maids. After the ceremony, there is ample room for a reception that utilizes both the indoor and outdoor space. Additionally, indoor ceremonies may take place in the ”Living Room” Space.
